Key Responsibilities

As part of the Transnet WIL Programme, learners will gain experience in:

Task Execution

  • Assisting with departmental projects and work streams.
  • Performing routine operational tasks under supervision.
  • Supporting administrative duties, documentation, and reporting.

Learning & Development

  • Attending workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programmes.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent).
  • N6 qualification in Finance.
  • Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Preference given to Persons with Disabilities.
  • No existing bursary obligations with another company.

    • TVET college experiential learning letter
