Key Responsibilities
During the learnership, participants will be exposed to various tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Providing first-line IT support to customers in a Service Desk environment.

- Assisting users with troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when required.
- Learning and applying ITIL-based processes and procedures.
- Becoming proficient in using Service Desk tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting the Service Desk Manager in maintaining service quality and response standards.
Learners will complete structured training modules while gaining practical experience at the CoCre8 offices in Midrand.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:
- Must be unemployed at the time of application.
- Must hold a valid Matric certificate.
- Must have passed at least two languages in Matric, one of which must be English (a ‘C’ symbol or higher will be advantageous).
- Must hold an IT-related Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside in Midrand or surrounding areas.
