What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Industrial Engineer, you will:
- Assist in documenting, analysing, and improving business processes.
- Support projects and process improvement initiatives, executing tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct as-is analysis and contribute to to-be designs for business optimisation.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training material for project rollouts.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and provide solutions for assigned projects.
- Learn how to map simple and complex processes using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Update project documents and track progress using the central project management tool.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and keep them updated on project progress.
- Gain exposure to industry-relevant software and tools to build competence.
Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional approach.
