About the Hytec Apprenticeship 2025
The Hytec Apprenticeship is designed for candidates eager to gain practical skills and technical knowledge in the operations department. Apprentices will work under the guidance of experienced artisans and gain exposure to hydraulic assembly, electrical panel building, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Key Duties Include:
- Assemble and install hydraulic systems according to technical drawings
- Identify and repair faults in hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components

- Ability to work overtime and under pressure
- Own reliable transport and maintain medical fitness suitable for the role
