Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Matric certificate with:
- Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) – minimum 40%
- Physical Science – minimum 40%
- English – minimum 40%
OR
- N2 or higher qualification with all subjects relevant to the specific discipline:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork / Welders Theory and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory, Electrotechnology / Electrotechnics, Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings
OR
- NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%
