Internship Overview
The Claims and Underwriting Administrative Intern will support the Life & Health Claims and Underwriting teams, assisting specialists with essential administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Interns appointed to this role will be responsible for supporting the team in the following areas:
Accurate data capturing and case induction

Allocating, tracking, and reporting on underwriting and claims cases
Maintaining set performance standards and turnaround targets
Life Guide and Claims Guide role allocation and password administration
SharePoint updates and UCR administration duties
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client resource material, and hand-outs
Supporting seminar and event coordination
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
