Available Positions
We are hiring for multiple retail and store support roles, including:
- Checkout Assistant
- Shelfpacker (Wine, Groceries, General Merchandise, Perishables, Clothing)
- Warehouse / Stockroom Assistant
- Service Area Assistant (Bakery, Butchery, Deli, Fruit & Veg, Cheese)
- Production Assistant
- Blockman
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service using a standard greeting and assistance approach
- Assist customers with product locations, features, and benefits
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, escalating when necessary
- Maintain well-stocked shelves with proper product rotation and display
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
- Monitor product quality, remove expired items, and reduce waste/shrinkage
- Maintain correct pricing and labeling
- Follow cold chain procedures and temperature checks (where applicable)
- Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Minimum Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to work retail/shopping mall hours
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for retail and customer service
- Good communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Assertive, confident, and customer-focused
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
