Position Title: Senior Grants Administrator (Level 07)
Salary Range: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
- A Senior Certificate plus a recognized NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in Grants Administration
- Computer literacy
- A valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
This role involves more than just admin work. You’ll be leading processes, guiding others, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Duties include:
- Verifying grant applications for approval
- Supervising Grant Administrators and advising them on policies and procedures
- Ensuring all application documentation is complete
- Conducting means tests
- Approving or rejecting applications
- Managing other key stages in the grant process
- Overseeing the quality and compliance of all social grant activities
- Ensuring staff performance is managed effectively
- Enforcing compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
