About the Learnership Programme

The learnership runs for 12 months and includes a strong combination of theory and hands-on practice.

Theoretical Training (NQF-aligned)

You will complete modules that cover the key areas needed to perform well in business environments, including:

  • Entrepreneurship
  • Business Operations
  • Customer Service
  • Business Accounting
  • Maths Literacy
  • Communication
  • Computer Skills

These fundamentals help you build a solid foundation for administrative and business-related roles.

Practical Workplace Training

You will also support real teams inside Sasol, assisting with:

  • Data capturing
  • Filing and document control
  • Customer service assistance
  • Office coordination
