About the Sasol Admin Learnership
The Admin Learnership runs for 12 months and consists of:
- Theoretical training: Learners will complete modules aligned with the NQF Learnership programme.
- Practical on-site experience: Learners will gain workplace exposure by providing administrative support within Sasol departments.
This learnership is designed to improve literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and business principles, while preparing learners for long-term employability.

- Business Accounting
- Mathematics Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
During the practical component, learners will work closely with managers and teams to provide administrative support, improving both departmental efficiency and personal workplace readiness.
Responsibilities
Learners selected for the Sasol Admin Learnership will be expected to:
- Participate fully in the learnership programme.
- Successfully complete all required assessments.
- Take part in workplace readiness activities and exercises.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirement:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory).
