About the Graduate Trainee Programme
This graduate programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for a long-term career. It focuses on structured learning, exposure to real business challenges, and personal development. The programme runs for a fixed period of 18 months and is scheduled to begin in early 2026. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must hold either a BEng degree or a BCom degree with strong quantitative or analytical subjects. Suitable fields include Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data or Analytics, Finance, and Economics.
