Key Responsibilities

- Support the Branch Coordinator and Business Support Coordinator with administrative duties.
- Ensure that all employees, visitors, and contractors sign the Attendance Register daily.
- Upload the Daily Register and submit compliance documents on Odyssey at the end of each course.
- Ensure that student certificates are issued within 20 working days after course completion.
- Prepare the training venue to meet all safety and operational requirements.
- Complete all learnership-related modules and activities within the 12-month training period.
