| Minimum Requirements | Matric/Grade 12Tertiary Qualification in FinanceRelevant SAP experienceFMCG experience will be advantageousProven experience working on claims will be advantageousExcel skills in Pivots and Vlookups |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Claims ProcessingReceive claims documentation in a compliant and timelyEnsure compliance with established procedures and Company standards to maintain effective administration of the claims process.Administer all paperwork as per definedMaintain timely input to SAP and ensure accurate claim transaction record capturing on AT Tracker and updating information on the Debtors accounts on SAP accordinglyInformation and Data ManagementAccurately and regularly capture data into the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision Ad hoc AdministrationFile and safeguard records within area ofCompile ad hoc spreadUpkeep of BU SOP’s and updating thereofEffective Teamwork and Self-ManagementTake ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritizing, and self-Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accuratelyInform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriateManage colleagues expectations and communicateDemonstrate willingness to help others and “go the extra mile” to meet team targets and objectives.General Reporting and BalancingCompiling Stock claim report weeklyCompiling AT Tracker report weekly – Pricing/Adhoc/Settlement disc/ rebates |
