This position will report to the Depot Manager.The successful incumbents will be responsible for collecting and balancing all cash received from the drivers on a daily basis. |

| Duties & Responsibilities | Receive and recount cash from DriversProcess payment against the correct driver receiptMake up bank, ensuring that it balance dailyRecord cash and cheques in cash- up summaryCash up on a daily basisPrepare deposit for bankRecord seal numbers in registerKeep the cash office door locked at all timesLock cash in safe overnight Report discrepancies to ManagementCash balances to Cashier reportCapture information on Syspro Submit cash summary on daily basis to Cashbook clerk |
