Who Is Eligible?
- South African citizen with a valid ID

- Minimum Grade 12 for learnerships and skills programmes; tertiary acceptance required for bursaries; diploma or degree for internships
- Unemployed or currently employed in the public sector, depending on the programme
- No prior participation in the same PSETA programme
- Must pass a criminal record and background check
Candidate Preferences
Priority is given to:
- Applicants from Employment Equity groups such as Black, Coloured, Indian, women, and persons with disabilities
- Residents of Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, or rural areas
