Available Positions
1. Accounting Clerk – Financial Accounting Services
- Location: MISA Head Office – Centurion, Pretoria

- Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (Level 5)
- Requirements: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent; no prior experience required
- Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Competencies:
- Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999)
- Treasury regulations

- Key Duties:
- Process invoices within 30 days
- Create debts and follow up on recoveries
- Capture journals and compile monthly cashbooks
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and filing
- Payroll processing, employee tax reconciliation, third-party payments, and travel/subsistence claims
2. Supply Chain Clerk – Demand and Acquisition

- Salary: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (Level 5)
- Requirements: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

- Procurement processes
- Treasury Regulations (8.2.3)
- Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA)
- Key Duties:
- Provide secretariat support for bid considerations and contract finalisation
- Update and maintain supplier databases
- Register suppliers on Logis or other systems
- Request and receive quotations, place orders
- Capture specifications on electronic purchasing systems
- Issue and receive bid documents
