Key Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Take ownership of client service requests and processes, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Provide relevant information and documentation in line with company guidelines.
  • Comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction and managed expectations.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Between 18 and 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2026).
  • Language: Able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Education: Matric certificate with passes in:
    • English
    • Mathematics (Pure Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy) or Accounting
  • Previous learnership participation: Applicants must not be currently enrolled in another learnership or have participated in one before.
  • Documentation: Applications must include a copy of your ID and Matric results. Applications without these documents will not be considered.
