Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences.
- Certificate or Diploma in Adult Education or Facilitation.
- Train-the-Trainer certification.
- Courses in Educational Psychology or Curriculum Development.
- Qualifications in Instructional Design or eLearning Development.
- Studies in Multimedia Design or Digital Media (with a focus on learning).
- Learning Experience Design (LXD) or UX for Learning credentials.
- Game Design or Game Development studies (preferred for interactive learning roles).
Personal Competencies
