What the Contact Centre Learnership Offers

Upon successful completion, learners will obtain an Occupational Certificate in Health Care Benefits Advisory at NQF Level 5. This qualification is recognised nationally and equips learners with the knowledge and skills needed to operate effectively within the medical scheme and health insurance sector.
Who Should Apply
Momentum Health is looking for motivated, service-driven individuals who meet the following criteria:
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics passed with at least 40% or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of 60%
- English and one other South African language passed with at least 50%
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous
Personal and Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 30
- Currently unemployed
- Residing in the Western Cape and living within 30km of the Parc Du Cap office in Bellville
- Able to commute to the workplace independently
- Not studying at any tertiary institution during the learnership period
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
- Available for the full duration of the programme from February 2026 to January 2027

Key Duties and Responsibilities
During the learnership, participants will be expected to:
- Attend all classroom-based training and practical workplace sessions
- Participate actively in on-the-job training within Momentum Health operations
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, products, and systems
- Compile and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
- Complete logbooks and required assessments successfully
- Demonstrate professional behaviour aligned with Momentum Metropolitan values
- Prepare for and pass the EISA examination
- Show commitment to building a career within the medical scheme industry
