What the Contact Centre Learnership Offers

Who Should Apply

Momentum Health is looking for motivated, service-driven individuals who meet the following criteria:

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Mathematics passed with at least 40% or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of 60%
  • English and one other South African language passed with at least 50%
  • Basic computer literacy is advantageous

Personal and Eligibility Requirements

  • South African citizen aged between 18 and 30
  • Currently unemployed
  • Residing in the Western Cape and living within 30km of the Parc Du Cap office in Bellville
  • Able to commute to the workplace independently
  • Not studying at any tertiary institution during the learnership period
  • Must not have completed the same learnership previously
  • Available for the full duration of the programme from February 2026 to January 2027

Key Duties and Responsibilities

During the learnership, participants will be expected to:

  • Attend all classroom-based training and practical workplace sessions
  • Participate actively in on-the-job training within Momentum Health operations

  • Compile and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
  • Complete logbooks and required assessments successfully
  • Demonstrate professional behaviour aligned with Momentum Metropolitan values
  • Prepare for and pass the EISA examination
  • Show commitment to building a career within the medical scheme industry
