About the KPMG Graduate Internship Programme

This 24-month programme gives recent graduates practical, structured exposure to real-world business challenges while working alongside industry professionals. The internships span across multiple service lines, all designed to support your development through mentorship, collaborative projects, and client-facing experience.

From your first day, you’ll be part of an innovative team, encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to impactful work.


Available Graduate Opportunities

KPMG’s 2025/2026 graduate internships are available in the following five streams:

1. Consulting Graduate Programme

Required qualifications (any of the following):

  • BSc / BCom / BBusSc / BEng in:
    • Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Data Science, IT
    • Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Sciences
    • Actuarial Science, Economics, Econometrics
    • Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
    • Business Mathematics and Informatics
    • Finance, Business Finance, Management Accounting
    • Supply Chain Management or Procurement
    • Master’s in Industrial Psychology / HR
    • Honours students pursuing a Master’s (Postgraduate Diploma)

2. Consulting – Infrastructure Advisory Graduate Programme

Required qualifications (any of the following):

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Engineering
    • Quantity Surveying
    • Legal, Commercial, or Financial disciplines
  • A postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage

3. Technology Risk Graduate Programme

Required qualifications (any of the following):

  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
  • BCom Informatics
  • Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
  • Honours/PGDA in Internal Auditing

4. Governance and Regulatory Compliance Graduate Programme

Required qualifications (any of the following):

  • LLB
  • BCom Law
  • Other Law-related degrees

5. Tax Consultant Trainee Programme

Required qualifications (any of the following):

  • BCom Honours in Taxation (preferred)
  • BCom or LLB
  • Other Honours-level qualifications with a focus on Tax
