Available Internship & Graduate Opportunities
HESTO is offering structured, skills-based training programmes for two key areas:
1. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Internship – x1 Post
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Safety Management or Environmental Management (Essential)
- BA in Disaster & Safety Management (Desirable)
- Minimum 60% average academic performance
Duration: 12 months
Programme Objectives:
- Practical workplace exposure within the Safety Department
- Assist with administrative duties and safety assessments
- Contribute to compliance monitoring and safety initiatives
2. Human Resources Graduate Programme – x1 Post
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma, BA, or BCom Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 60% average academic performance
Duration: 18 months
Programme Objectives:
- Structured experience in HR operations and workflow
- Participate in HR process improvements and systems
- Gain exposure to HR administration, coordination, and planning
Who Should Apply?
To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet the following:
- Under 28 years old
- South African citizens only
- Must not have previously participated in any internship or graduate programme
- Must have no outstanding university fees
- Clear criminal record
- Strong academic results and professional conduct
