What This Internship Involves
Key Responsibilities
As a B-BBEE / HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with various operational and compliance functions, including:
B-BBEE Administration
- Assist with collecting, compiling and maintaining B-BBEE compliance documentation
- Support the verification and analysis of data for B-BBEE reporting
- Coordinate administrative duties related to maintaining the B-BBEE scorecard
- Work with internal stakeholders to help ensure overall compliance
HR Operations & Projects
- Provide support for Employment Equity and Skills Development activities
