Enza Construction has officially opened applications for its Contract Skills Development Goal (CSDG) Learnership Programme 2025, designed to provide learners in the Built Environment with practical workplace experience and essential industry knowledge.

About the Programme
The CSDG Learnership Programme is a structured initiative created in line with the CIDB Standards for Developing Skills through Infrastructure (Gazette 36760). Learners will benefit from a monthly stipend, as well as mentorship and training provided by Enza’s skilled professionals who are committed to teaching, guiding, and supporting participants throughout the programme.
Fields of Study
The programme is open to learners in construction and built environment disciplines, including (but not limited to):
- Quantity Surveying
- Construction/Project Management
- Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- Health & Safety / Construction Safety
- Quality Control & Construction Quality Management
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning – construction related only)
- Other construction-related fields
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Open to students from TVET Colleges and Universities.
- Must demonstrate a strong interest in learning and gaining hands-on industry exposure.
- Must be Polokwane-based.
- Minimum qualification: NQF Level 4.

- Certified copy of ID
- Certified proof of residence
- Certified copies of qualifications and/or academic transcripts
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Proof of registration (if still studying)
- Letter of request for internship from the relevant learning institution
