This programme is open to young South Africans who meet the following requirements:
- Must not be employed, enrolled in studies, or involved in any other training programme (NEET status).
- Must hold an N6 qualification in one of these fields:
- Business Management
- Financial Management
- Hospitality
- Management Assistant
- Technology and Communication Studies
- Must be committed to completing the full 18-month experiential training period.
