Ehlanzeni TVET College & W&RSETA: Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme 2025

Ehlanzeni TVET College, in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA), is offering an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme designed to bridge the gap between academic study and the workplace. This initiative specifically targets South African youth who have completed their N6 qualifications and are ready to gain the practical experience required to obtain a National Diploma.


Who Can Apply?

This programme is open to young South Africans who meet the following requirements:

  • Must not be employed, enrolled in studies, or involved in any other training programme (NEET status).
  • Must hold an N6 qualification in one of these fields:
    • Business Management
    • Financial Management
    • Hospitality
    • Management Assistant
    • Technology and Communication Studies
  • Must be committed to completing the full 18-month experiential training period.
