About the Curro YES Programme 2025–2026
The Curro YES Programme 2025–2026 is a 12-month youth development initiative designed to help unemployed South Africans gain practical workplace exposure. It forms part of Curro’s commitment to addressing youth unemployment and building future-ready professionals.
Through this programme, successful candidates will be placed in administrative roles within Curro’s school network, gaining real-world experience in a structured and supportive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to develop critical office and organisational skills, while also learning about operations management within a professional educational setting.
The YES Programme is not a salaried position but a stipend-based opportunity, offering participants a monthly allowance to assist with living expenses during their internship.
Stipend Range: Between R5,000 and R5,800 per month, depending on placement.
This initiative allows young people to build confidence, gain valuable work experience, and improve their chances of securing permanent employment in the future.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants who wish to join the Curro YES Programme 2025–2026 must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have been employed previously.
- Must have a qualification in Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
- Must live within reasonable proximity to the Curro school they intend to apply to.
- Must demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to anticipate a monthly stipend between R4,992 and R6,000.
