Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Publishing job descriptions and adverts on recruitment platforms.
- Ensuring approvals are received and filed for audit purposes.
- Screening applications and CVs based on role requirements.
- Supporting the HR Officer with applicant communication.

- Circulating job vacancies internally.
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment tracker.
Human Resource Systems Management
- Capturing employee data on the ESS system (new hires, changes, and exits).
- Responding to staff queries related to the HR system.
- Assisting with documentation for monthly payroll processing.
General Administration
- Preparing records for annual audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Updating the monthly organogram and uploading it to SharePoint.
- Taking meeting minutes when required.

Additional Duties

Education and Qualifications
