  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Medically fit to work in an underground mining environment.
  • No criminal record.
  • Female applicants must not be pregnant (for safety compliance).
  • Must be willing to undergo alcohol and substance tests.
  • Ability to travel at own cost to the Training Academy in Carletonville every second week.
  • Not currently registered for another learnership.

Important Notes

Cementation Africa enforces a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and illegal substances. Random testing will take place during the learnership to ensure workplace safety.
