Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Capitec Future Leaders Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum) obtained within the last 3 years
- Have less than 2 years of working experience
- Be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit South African ID number
- Possess a clear credit and criminal record
- Be willing to work in either the Western Cape (Stellenbosch) or Gauteng (Sandton)
