About the Bosch YES (Youth Employment Service) 2025–2026
The Bosch YES (Youth Employment Service) 2025–2026 programme is designed to support unemployed youth by giving them practical workplace experience. It bridges the gap between education and employment by equipping participants with skills that improve their chances of finding stable, long-term work.
This initiative not only provides hands-on training but also prepares candidates to thrive in a professional environment. By joining, young people will gain exposure to Bosch’s innovative practices and contribute to solutions that make a difference globally.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Bosch YES (Youth Employment Service) 2025–2026 programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unemployed.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Must not have participated in the YES programme before.
- Must hold a Matric qualification.
- Must have completed a Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- Commercial
- Finance
- Sales and Marketing
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Must have been unemployed for the past six (6) months.
These requirements are strictly applied. Candidates who do not meet them will not be considered.
