About the Alpla Plastics Technician Apprenticeship 2026–2030

ALPLA is inviting motivated individuals to apply for its Plastics Technician Apprenticeship, a four-year programme designed to provide hands-on experience and technical training in a global manufacturing environment. This apprenticeship is ideal for applicants who are eager to acquire practical skills, learn from experienced mentors, and grow professionally within a dynamic industry.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12/Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science above 50% (Maths Literacy excluded)
  • Engineering Knowledge: Proof of Engineering studies including N2–N3 trade theory in Mechanical or Electrical fields
  • Technical Qualifications: NCV Level 2–4 certificates from TVET colleges; N3 or higher Engineering qualifications strengthen your application
  • Application Documents: CV, statement of results, and qualification certificates

Applicants should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements, as incomplete or non-compliant applications may not be considered.
