Purpose of the Internship
The Talent Acquisition Intern role is designed to support Aspen’s Human Capital and recruitment team in delivering effective talent acquisition services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
The successful intern will support the recruitment function by assisting with the following duties:
Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes from job advertising to onboarding

Conducting reference checks and risk assessments
Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems

Minimum Requirements
Educational Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Life Sciences
An Honours qualification will be an added advantage
