Role Description
The Ardagh Glass (Pty) Ltd Apprenticeship Programme runs for 36 months, during which participants will engage in both theoretical and practical training. Apprentices will:
- Enter a 36-month fixed-term workplace experiential training contract.
- Attend accredited training centres to complete all required modules relevant to their trade.
- Participate in on-the-job training and comply with all workplace conditions outlined in their contract.
- Perform duties directly related to their field of study and as outlined in the approved training schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned training modules and assessments.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Possess one of the following:
- N2–N6 qualification with four subjects, including relevant trade theory, or
- Technical Matric with Mathematics, Science, and relevant trade theory, or
- NCV Level 4 Engineering Certificate with seven subjects, including relevant trade theory.
- Must be willing and able to work shifts when required.
Added Advantage:
- Basic computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s licence (Code EB).
- Previous relevant practical experience will be beneficial.
