The African Global Skills Academy (AGSA), in partnership with the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA), is inviting applications for the Food & Beverage Services Level 4 Learnership Programme 2025. This programme offers unemployed youth in the Western Cape the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications, workplace experience, and a monthly stipend while preparing for a successful career in hospitality.

About the Learnership

This exciting opportunity provides participants with the chance to earn a National Certificate in Food & Beverage Services (Level 4), fully accredited by CATHSSETA. The programme blends classroom-based learning with practical training in real hospitality environments, ensuring that learners graduate with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Who Can Apply?

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35 years
  • Reside in the Western Cape (Cape Town)
  • Be unemployed at the time of application
  • Hold at least a Matric Certificate or Grade 11 school report (certified within 6 months)
  • Submit an updated CV
  • Provide a certified copy of their ID (dated within 6 months)
