The Quantum Leap Academy is a structured graduate programme designed to cultivate technical excellence and professional development. Over two years, participants will receive intensive technical training and hands-on experience across three core technology streams:
- Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities
1. Workplace Experience (On-the-Job Training)
- Participate in practical, hands-on assignments aligned with specific business unit (BU) objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to diverse technology environments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and deliverables effectively within your assigned team.
2. Learning and Development
- Attend structured training sessions designed to enhance both technical and soft skills.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices relevant to your stream.

3. Ad Hoc Support
