Broadband Infraco is giving unemployed graduates and students in South Africa an exciting opportunity to gain practical workplace exposure through its Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) and Internship Programmes for 2025. These 12-month programmes are designed to equip participants with valuable skills, hands-on training, and mentorship to help build successful careers in their chosen fields.

Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) – Operations and Maintenance
Duration: 12 Months
Division: Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Number of Positions: 2 (Bloemfontein)
Entry Requirements & Qualifications
- Matric certificate.
- Completed theoretical studies (S4) of a National Diploma or N6 National Certificate in:
- Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current / Light Current), or
- Computer Science.
- A letter from your University confirming the need for workplace exposure to complete your qualification.
- No prior work experience required.
Internship Opportunities
a) Compliance, Risk and Audit
Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Internal Auditing, or
- National Diploma / BCom Informatics.
Positions Available: 2 (Internal Auditing x1, Business Process Management x1).
b) Finance
Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Positions Available: 1.
c) Supply Chain Management
Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing Management.
Positions Available: 1.
d) Human Resources
Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications Required:
- National Diploma in Human Resources, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology.
Positions Available: 1.
Stipend and Benefits
A monthly stipend will be paid to all successful candidates for the full duration of the 12-month programme.
