About the Learnership Programme
This 12-month learnership is aimed at energetic, motivated, and committed individuals from designated groups. It provides:

Your Responsibilities
- Learn about Sanlam’s products, services, processes, and systems
- Attend classroom-based lessons
- Participate in workplace practical training
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for INSETA
- Maintain workplace learning logbooks
- Pass both formative and summative assessments
- Complete all duties as assigned by your manager
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens aged 18–35
- Be currently unemployed
- Not hold a tertiary qualification
- Have completed Grade 12 with at least 50% in Mathematics, Mathematics Literacy, Accounting, and English
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Commit to the full 12-month programme
- Hold a clear criminal and credit record
- Have reliable transport access
