Key Purpose of the Role

Areas of Responsibility

Service Consultants will be responsible for managing multiple telephonic queries from investors, brokers, and franchises while ensuring queries are handled through to resolution. The role places strong focus on client satisfaction, retention outcomes, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include accurately logging all interactions, achieving product and soft skills knowledge targets, and adhering strictly to risk and compliance requirements.
