About the Learning Technology Internship

Role Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to assist with interactive, digital-first learning experiences while providing user support across multiple learning platforms. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Learning Systems Support
The intern will assist with maintaining, managing, and implementing group-wide digital learning systems. This includes working alongside Learning Technology, IT, and HC Tech teams to support smooth system operation and ongoing improvements.
Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
The role involves conducting quality assurance and user acceptance testing on learning content and courses across platforms. Interns will regularly test, review, and help ensure that learning content functions as intended before release.
User Enrolment and Onboarding
Interns support the enrolment and onboarding of new users and assist business units with managing user access across learning platforms. This exposure builds strong system administration and stakeholder support skills.
Learning Reports and Data Analysis
