Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the VWSA Learnership Programme, applicants must meet these minimum criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12) with passes in Core Mathematics and Physical Science (Maths Literacy not accepted)
- N3 Certificate with four subjects including Core Mathematics and Physical Science, or higher
Candidate Expectations
- Participate in interviews and assessments conducted by a panel
- Clearly indicate first and second choice fields of training
- Be prepared to undertake part-time studies alongside the learnership
- Internal VW employees must provide their current job title and SAP number
- Previous TLA Learnership/Apprenticeship graduates are not eligible
