Graduate Financial Assessor Opportunity
IDM is looking for motivated and intelligent graduates to join their Onboarding team as Financial Assessors. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who have recently completed a qualification in any financial-industry-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management.
Role Purpose
As a Financial Assessor, you will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking financial assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting clients who have enquired about IDM services
- Gathering financial information and providing an initial assessment
- Educating clients on available solutions
- Managing consumer engagements across various platforms
- Transferring eligible clients to the Financial Consulting team for further assistance
This role is a stepping stone to the Financial Consultant position, which you could progress into within 6–12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and manage client interactions professionally
- Assess client financial information to determine their financial position
- Provide excellent customer service while managing client expectations
- Use IDM systems to record and transfer client information accurately
- Contribute positively to the Onboarding team and company goals

- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in a financial-related field
