Purpose of the Job
The Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation will assist in ensuring that only valid and legitimate claims are processed within the RAF. This role involves detailed verification of documents, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting internal processes to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing the movement of claim files and correspondence within the division.
- Conducting verification and validation of claims and related documents.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping systems.
- Assisting in fact-checking and interrogating claims to identify discrepancies.
- Supporting general office administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) qualification is required.
