On completion, learners will achieve a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in IT Technical Support—a recognised qualification that enhances employability in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities

- An incomplete tertiary IT qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Specific Requirements

- Be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Not be enrolled in post-Matric studies or engaged in formal employment.
- Must not have completed any previous learnership.
- Possess basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
